Meet Dr. Carrie

Have you noticed that your child doesn’t seem as happy as they used to be?

Even though they used to enjoy being social and sports, now the thought of doing these things brings them worry and panic, and they refuse to go.

And at school, they get overwhelmed by keeping up with their schoolwork and classes, always turning in late assignments and struggling to do their best that you know they’re capable of. And as a parent, you don’t know how you can support them while also helping them be independent.

Raising a child with ADHD or anxiety doesn’t have to be so challenging.

With the right tools and expert support, things can be easier.

I specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults diagnosed with ADHD and anxiety.

Together, we will help your family and your child implement tools at home and school. As a Parent-Child Interaction Therapy therapist, I know the importance of supporting parents and kids to help families be happier.
